To facilitate accommodation for the students who come from the distant places, University of Management and Economics (Sihanouk Ville Campus) agreed on Memorandum of Understanding with the owners of rent houses to discount price possibly. It means that university affords more and more in order to enhance educating and learning of the students from different places throughout Cambodia. By the ways of these agreements are such as:

·         Persuade the owners of rent houses to discount price

·         To collaborate the owners to manage the students’ behavior

·         Let the owners inform the university when any problems take place

·         To visit them whenever is possible and defined
