Office of Finance

Office of Finance is a practical office of university managed by a head of office, and two deputies of office, has deputies and responsibilities as the follow:

·       To prepare yearly, semester, and monthly budget plans

·       To manage all students’ tuition fee

·       To manage payments of all the supplies

·       To manage all assets

·       To manage small incomes

·       To prepare the reports of income and expenditure

·       To prepare payroll for staff and lectures

·       To manage the financial system of university
