University of Management and Economics has a listening lab and is equipped with modern material such as: computers with internet, English programs, TOEFL, IELTS, and VOA (Special English Program).
Open from Monday- Sunday
- 7:00-11.30 am and 1:30-8:30 pm (Except for Sunday only 5:30 pm)
- The library is closed every national holiday
